Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be cancelled and/or altered with a 24 hour advance notice.
Failure to do so will result in a “Full Charge” for the originally scheduled appointment, whether the appointment is missed completely or only partially.
Payment will be deducted from your punch card on file. If no punch card has been purchased or there is no room for the deduction on said punch card, payment will be charged that day, the next day or, at the doctors choosing, the following visit. Payment will be expected via credit card, check or cash.
